Time of Payment

The payment will be incurred when the charging cable of the regular charger for electric vehicles is unplugged from the charging port of the electric vehicle and the use of this application is terminated.

Time of service provision

Charging service will be provided from the time you register as a member of this application, connect the charging cable to the charging port of the electric vehicle, and give instructions to start using the service from this application.

Regarding Charging Failure

If an electric vehicle is not recharged due to a failure to provide recharging service, no recharging fee will be charged or refunded.
